Five typical Balinese foods

Hey friend, visitors to the blog ADDBLOG
after all of our articles about nature tourism, this time I want to introduce typical Balinese food, which can make you want to try it again and again.
there are lots of foods to eat typical Balinese, but not all of me explain here, only a few foods that I will introduce, such as betutu chicken and others.
The following seven typical Balinese food that you must try.
No 1. Siobak

from the name, surely you will say "this is Chinese food", yeah. but in Bali ... especially in the SIOBAK buleleng area, ICON has become a special food there. the history of this cuisine was introduced by the Chinese citizens who settled in ancient times. the siobak is a slice of pork that is doused with sauce (I forgot to use what sauce, I can only eat it every time)
No 2. Gurami nyat nyat

real gurami nyat is a Bangli regional specialty, with the ingredients of gouramy which is commonly cultivated in Lake Batur Kintamani. This fish is then fried and then doused with Balinese spices, this includes HALAL FOOD, but for some reason this rare medium ... might be outraged by jimbaran grilled fish
No 3. Jimbaran specialty seafood
Sorry No pic
THIS is also food that is often covered by national media (please googling the picture yourself), originally this food came from the jimbaran area. basically seafood which is burned with Jimbaran's special spices (also ask me what the ingredients are, I can only eat prayers duh). just like BETUTU this food is also NATIONAL GO, it has a restaurant outside p.bali which presents this menu
No 4. Chicken betutu

NAH, this is Balinese specialties that are most often covered by national media. outside Bali there are also restaurants that sell these dishes. basically be tutu is duck / chicken meat that has been given typical Balinese spices then baked. usually served in the form of mixed rice / whole

No 5. Sosis Bali

Who says only european ama Mamarika aje yg had sausage, introduce SEQUENCE, is a typical Balinese cuisine made from pig intestines which have been cleaned and then filled with a mixture of minced meat which has been mixed with spices typical Balinese. then dried under the hot sun to dry, and ready to be fried and consumed. just like lawar, the order is usually a complementary menu on Balinese mixed rice. as lawar, as the era of existing skrang sequence variations made from chicken intestines and meat as well as chicken. but still the ORI is better.
Those are the five Balinese specialties that you must try, so this post hopefully inspires and is useful
